How To Order
Please read this entire section for fees and date availability.
Start by dropping us a line with this information:
1. Arrival date and check in time
2. Rental address
3. Property manager/owner contact info
We will follow up with availability and ask you to send a detailed list of provisions you would like to have for your stay here at the lake. Again, we will shop at the local grocery ( at Kentucky Springs Rd), general store, spirits (abc), and a local farmers market.
We will then send you an invoice for the service. If the quote is satisfactory, you will have some payment options. Once the invoice is paid, all you have to do is relax, we got the rest!
*Fees
A service fee of $50.00
plus
percentage of total invoice (before service fee)
10% up to $199
15% $200 up to $400
20% $400 and over
We would like a minimum of 7 days prior to your arrival for scheduling.
** An order scheduled for less than 72 hours before your arrival will be subject to a $50 rush fee.
